How to order a customized cake
Get in touch via email, at least one week in advance of the planned delivery date. I will answer as soon as possible. We will define all the details and fill out the order form. This helps to avoid misunderstandings.
In case of large or particularly elaborate cake designs, please consider getting in touch at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
The photos posted here are only for illustration purposes. The design and theme of your cake can be personalized.
How to order other products
Although many preparations require little time, others may take longer. For this reason, please contact me via email, at least 3 working days in advance.
Each item is homemade and on demand. All items are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives, so they should be consumed within a short time.
How much does a cake cost?
You can find the prices of our custom-made cakes in the cake design page.
These base prices include the cost of small decorations. In case of bigger or special decorations, the price will likely increase. Of course the final price varies depending on the complexity of the design, size, etc…

What’s your payment policy?
For custom cakes a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at the delivery.
Your order is not confirmed until we have received your written approval and 50% deposit within five (5) working days from the date of delivery.
Payment can be made by cash.
If you cancel your order, your balance is refundable as long as it is notified at least three (3) working days before the expected delivery. There are no refunds for payment of orders canceled after three (3) days from the expected delivery.
If we do not receive a written confirmation and a deposit of 50% within five (5) working days from the date of delivery, it may no longer be possible for me to make delivery on time.
Do you deliver?
We do not ship or deliver the cakes.
Deliveries are occasionally arranged for other products, but must be determined on a case-by-case basis.
While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-delivery of cakes is at your own risk.
I have dietary restrictions. Can you help?
Depending on your need, please contact me so together we can find the best solution for you.
It is certainly possible to use milk substitutes. In some cases it is difficult to avoid the use of eggs from recipes.
All products may still contain traces of milk, nuts or soy.
