Flavors

These are the main flavors. Of course we can study together the various combinations or try something different.
I can use local and organic dairy products in the cakes.
The cakes are covered with buttercream and fondant. My buttercream is made with simply two ingredients: butter, and sugar.
If necessary I can replace dairy products with substitutes made from rice and soy.
My basic dough for cakes customized is the chiffon cake: very soft, moist, not too sweet, and suitable for this type of preparations.
The basic vanilla dough is also available gluten-free and vegan.

Vanilla
Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, corn oil, aroma or vanilla extract, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt.

Chocolate
Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, cocoa, corn oil, baking powder, bicarbonate, cream of tartar, salt.

Orange
Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, orange juice, grated orange peel, corn oil, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt.

Lemon
Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, corn oil, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt.

Coffee
Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, caffee, corn oil, baking powder, bicarbonate, cream of tartar, salt.
